DACE RT25/50 - Placing Oil in the Gearbox

Fill the gearbox with the oil provided as shown. The
enre bole (70ml) must be emped into the gearbox.
The gearbox oil will need to be topped up periodically.
Before topping up, remove the ‘Oil Level Screw’ and
pour in the oil unl it just starts to run out the screw
hole and then immediately replace the screw.
PLACING OIL IN THE GEARBOX
It is important that the gearbox be lled with oil before
commissioning the operator.
Only use SAE75W-90 oil to rell.

1. Push the gate to the fully closed posion.
2. Place the magnet on the rack, 600mm from the centre of the motor .
3. Using the self drilling TEK screw and washer, aach the magnet to the rack.
4. The space between the lid and the magnet must not exceed 3mm. If it does, place washers behind the mag-
net to reduce the space.
Do not invert the magnet. Only use the magnet supplied with the operator.
