9» Selecting a JobStarting AH700
Indirectly
TaskLink (TL) and LumenX Data Management Software (DMS) can
both automatically start AH700 Application Software when Run is
clicked. Only TL and LX are discussed here after the definitions.
TaskLink is Data I/O’s software for creating FlashCORE program-
ming jobs and programming options, but also for selecting jobs and
starting AH700 to run them. Jobs created with TaskLink cannot run
on LumenX programmers.
LumenX Data Management Software (DMS) is Data I/O’s software
for creating and selecting LumenX programming jobs, and starting
AH700 to run them. Jobs created with LumenX DMS cannot run on
FlashCORE programmers.
CAUTION: Possible touchscreen damage! Hard objects such as
pencils and pens can damage the screen. Use fingers only.

To select a job and start AH700:
Using TaskLink (FlashCORE programmers)

1. At the touchscreen, double-click the TaskLink icon.
2. Open the Task Manager Dialog, select your target Task from the
list, and click Run.

If AH700 is already
running and you are
rerunning the same job,
click Run in the Run win-
dow—no need to
restart AH700.
