installed or detected. Make
sure the card creation
application does not request
smart card programming.
ERR_IC_NOT_INSTALLED
• Verify that the smart card option is enabled using
Diagnostics.
• Check the smart card assembly. Possible failed
components are the sensor, the cable, and the
smart card control board.
• Power cycle the printer.
