ACK NAK Timeout Value
This option specifies the amount of time the reader waits for an ACK char-
acter from the host following label transmission. The selectable timeout
ra
nge is 200 milliseconds to 15,000ms (15 seconds) in 200ms increments.
A selection of 0 disables the timeout.

To configure this feature, scan the ENTER/EXIT
PROGRAMMING MODE bar code above, then the bar
code at left followed by the digits from the Alphanu-
meric characters in
Appendix D, Keypad

the ENTER
/EXIT bar code twice.
Make a mistake? Scan the CANCEL bar code to abort
and not
save the entry string. You can then start
again at the beginning.

ACK NAK Retry Count
This feature specifies the number of times the reader retries a label trans-
mission due to a retry condition. The selectabl
e range is from 1 to 254
retries. A selection of 0 disables the count, and a selection of 255 specifies
unlimited retries. See page 291 for more information.
