ISSN Enable/Disable
Enables/disables conversion of EAN/JAN13 Bookland labels starting with
977 to ISSN labels.

EAN 13 Minimum Reads
This feature specifies the minimum number of consecutive times an EAN 13
label must be decoded before it is accepted as good read.
