3.5.4 Installing display unit firmware
Before updating: Press OK if there is an alarm alert (red pop-up box) on the display unit.
Use PICUS to update the firmware on the display unit(s) to the latest release.

Read the software version log for details of all the changes.
Installing a display unit firmware package
1. In PICUS, select Tools > Advanced > Firmware.
2. Make sure you are on the Display page.
The Controller page is shown by default.
3. Highlight and select the display from the list shown.
4. Use Select at the right to locate the ml300_DU_app_version.packet file.
Target and packet versions are compared and shown on the information.
A status for the .packet file is shown on the page.

If the status is Software current, no update needs to be applied.
5. Select Update to start the update of firmware on the display unit.
During the update the progress status is shown at the bottom left, and also by a progress bar.
Once the update is complete the display unit automatically restarts.

3.6.1 Checking the Emergency stop
Controller type: The information here only applies to the GENSET controller.
The Emergency stop digital input activates the Emergency stop alarm, trips the generator breaker and shuts down the
engine.
