5. Remove the middle top cover.
6. Disconnect the drive backplane cables from the connector on the backplane.
7. Remove the GPU air shroud.
8. Remove the Nvidia A100 GPU assembly.
Steps
1. Disconnect the cables that are connected to the hot-plug fan board.
2. Pull the plungers to disengage the hot-plug fan board and lift it out of the system.

Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions on page 23.
2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system on page 24.
3. If installed, remove the front bezel.
4. Remove the GPU fans.
5. Disconnect the drive backplane cables from the connector on the backplane.
6. Remove the middle top cover.
7. Remove the GPU air shroud.
8. Remove the Nvidia A100 GPU assembly.
Steps
Align the hot-plug fan board to the hooks on the chassis and lock the plungers to secure the hot-plug fan board to the system.
