Setting up
Before putting your steam generator in
operation, please make sure that your
installation be in conformity with the
manufacturer’s technical specifications.
• Open the water valve of the main water line.
• Switch on the main power supply contactors (voltage
and command).
• The power-on light must be illuminated .
• Switch on I the I/O (on/off) rocker switch.
• The display will default to show the rate of steam
produced. You are in the user information menu.
• As soon as the humidifier is prompted by the
temperature sensor, the contactor of the DIN rail turns
on and the power heating is on (the steam production
LED is illuminated ).
• 2 minutes after the humidifier is switched on, the inlet
valve opens and the cylinder/s is/are flushed with
water. The electrode plates then heat the water up
and after about 10 minutes (the heating time depends
on the model of humidifier and the water conductivity),
the humidifier steams up.
