5. Remove six screws and the Control
Board.
Cautions in replacing the Control Board:
• When the Control Board (PWB-C/C) is replaced with a new one, Parameter Chip
(U16) must be demounted from the old PWB-C/C and remounted on the new PWB-
C/C.
Mount the Parameter Chip (U16) of the old PWB-C/C on the new PWB-C/C.
NOTE
• Note the alignment notch marked
with A on the Parameter Chip (U16)
when mounting the IC.
