Why are there streaks in my Develop ineo 213 copies?
    • C
      Christopher HendersonAug 9, 2025
Streaks or dark specks in your Develop All in One Printer copies might be due to a dirty original glass. Try wiping the glass with a soft, dry cloth. Another cause might be a dirty document pad, which you can clean with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent. If you're copying a document printed on translucent material, place a blank sheet of paper on top of it. For thin, double-sided documents, the information on the back side may appear, so try selecting a lighter density setting by pressing the [Density] key. Also, the PC drum unit may have reached the end of its service life.

Why is my Develop ineo 213 copy too dark?

      Jeremy NewmanAug 15, 2025
If your copies from the Develop All in One Printer are too dark, it might be because the copy density is set too dark. Press the [Density] key and select the desired copy density. Another possibility is that the document wasn't pressed closely enough against the original glass. Make sure to position the document so that it is pressed closely against the original glass.
