The
A2
Altimeter is used for general purposes. To reset it

Note
that with the “Skip
Waypoint” shortcut parameter activated
ADVANCED SETUP \ n. 24 SKPW=ON
) the “OK” button will have a
different function: it will take you to the next waypoint on your route and will no longer zero the A2 altimeter.
With the parameter
MAIN SETUP \ n. 25 A2AU=ON
, the AIR will automatically set the Altimeter 2 to zero, right
after launch.
The
A3
Altimeter is automatically reset when you start thermalling.
The altimeters can be shown in meters (mt) or feet (ft), to set up, go to:
MAIN SETUP \ n. 13 U-AL
.
4.1.4
MAXIMUM ALTITUDE ALARM
This parameter (
MAIN SETUP \ n. 40 A1AL
) will notify you when you reach the set altitude; the alarm will be
reset once you go back down below the set threshold by 10m (33ft).
It ranges from 0 to 9,000ft (approx.. 29,500ft) and default setting is 0. Set to 0, the alarm is off.
