4. To transfer all records on the AIM or records
of a selected type, do the following on
the QUICK COPY RECORDS (or QUICK
MOVE RECORDS) screen:
• Highlight the type of records to
transfer and press SELECT. You can
select Copy All Records (or Move
All Records) to transfer all records
on the AIM, or select a specic type
of records to transfer.
• Go to Step 7.
5. To transfer an individual record, do the
following on the VIEW RECORDS screen:
• Highlight the record to transfer and
press OPTIONS.
• On the Options window, highlight
Copy or Move and press OK.
• Go to Step 7.
