Removal
1. Loosen the alternator (1) tensioner screw (2) and
remove the V-belt (3).
2. Remove the water pump pulley (1) and water
pump assembly (2).
3. Remove the power steering pump (1).
4. Align the timing mark "0" of crankshaft damper
pulley (1) with the indicator (2) of the timing gear
case. Then, cylinder No. 1 is positioned at TDC of
compression stroke.
