2. Replacement of flywheel ring gear
a. When removing the ring gear (1), hear the ring
gear evenly using acetylene torch or equivalent
tools and then remove the ring gear by tapping
the circumference with rod or hammer.
b. When installing, heat the ring gear with piston
heater for 3 minutes (about 100℃). And then,
insert the ring gear so that the un-chamfered
gear faces to flywheel.
Installation
1. Install the rear oil seal slinger using the special
tool (09211-41000).
