II-2-6 IGMP
Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) is an IPv4 communication protocol for establishing
multicast group memberships.
II-2-6-1 IGMP Setup
Available settings are explained as follows:

IGMP Proxy
IGMP Proxy Switch the toggle to enable or disable the function.
The application of multicast will be executed through WAN /PVC/VLAN
port. In addition, such function is available in NAT mode.
Interface Specify an interface for packets passing through.
Query Interval Vigor router will periodically check which IP obtaining IPTV service by
sending query. It might cause inconvenience for client. Therefore, set
a suitable time (unit: second) as the query interval to limit the
frequency of query sent by Vigor router.
IGMP encapsulation in
PPPoE
Enable this function if the interface type for IGMP is PPPoE. It depends
on the specifications regulated by each ISP. If you have no idea to
enable or disable, simply contact your ISP providers.
IGMP Snooping
IGMP Snooping Select to enable IGMP Snooping so that multicast traffic are forwarded
to IGMP clients that have joined a multicast group.
IGMP Fast Leave This option is shown only when IGMP Snooping is enabled. Select to
enable IGMP Fast Leave.
Normally when the router receives a “leave” message from an IGMP
host, it will send a last member query message to see if there are still
