CHAPTER 5 CLEANING THE UNIT
1-2. Cleaning the Level Plate
Paper chips or dirt on the level plate may damage a finished booklet. Keep the level plate clean.
Before cleaning the level plate, press the clamp horizontal movement button on the motion check
menu to move the clamp to the right.
1.
Turn on the machine.

Press the motion check tab to
change the screen.

Press the clamp horizontal
movement button.
The clamp will move to the nipping section.
4.
Turn off the machine.
Level plate
5.
Clean the surface of the level plate.
6.
Turn on the machine.
The clamp will return to its original place.
To return the clamp to its original place when the power is on, press the clamp
horizontal movement button again, open and close the main cover, or interrupt the
safety sensor by your hand.
7.
Turn off the machine again if you
clean the other sections.
