CHAPTER 4 FINE-ADJUSTMENT AND OPTION SETTING

Fine adjusting Each Part
Press the fine-adjustment tab to go to the screen for fine-adjustment.
An adjustments made on the fine adjustment screen will be saved on the memory you are
currently using.
1-1. Setting the Paper Feed Guide
If the scoring position is incorrect, fine adjust the paper feed guide.
Paper Feed Guide
Select Button

Press the paper feed guide select
button.
The screen for adjusting the paper feed
guide will appear. If you have not performed
a size change, the screen will not appear.

Paper Feed Guide (front) Fine-adjustment Value
Previous Button
Move Button 1
Move Button 3
Move Button 2

Press the move buttons to adjust
the paper feed guide (front) and the
paper feed guide (back).
The maximum fine-adjustment range:
±25.0 mm (0.98 inch)
Move button 1: The paper feed guides
(front, back) move to the
non-operator’s side.
Move button 2: The paper feed guides
(front, back) move to the
operator’s side.
Move button 3: The paper feed guides
(front, back) move closer
to each other.
Move button 4: The paper feed guides
(front, back) move farther
from each other.
