(7) E-045 Motor err[Nipping Up/Down]
<Cause>
The nipping station has not reached the upper or lower limit.
<Solution>
Check the fine-adjustment value of the nipper width. If the nipper nips the booklet too tightly,
the up and down motor is operated in overload when the nipping station goes up.
If the nipping station does not reach the lower limit, contact your dealer.
Chapter 4 "Fine-adjustment and Option Setting" "1-4. Setting the Nipper" ( p.4-7)
(8) E-047 Motor err[Feed transportation]
<Cause>
There may be an obstacle or jammed paper on the paper path.
<Solution>
Check the paper path. If there is no obstacle or jammed paper, interrupt the light between the
safety sensors to clear the error.
(9) E-053 Motor err[positional deflection]
<Cause>
The clamp movement speed is too fast.
<Solution>
Check the appropriate combination of the book block thickness and milling depth in the table
( p.4-17). Interrupt the light between the safety sensors or open and close the main cover
to clear the error. If you cannot clear the error, turn on and off the emergency stop button and
turn off and on the machine. Before you turn on the machine, wait for one minute.
(10) E-090 Milling inverter error
<Cause>
The milling is too deep.
<Solution>
Decrease the milling depth using the milling adjustment bar ( p.2-6) or reduce the clamp
movement speed ( p.4-16). Interrupt the light between the safety sensors or open and close
the main cover to clear the error. If you cannot clear the error, turn on and off the emergency
stop button and turn off and on the machine. Before you turn on the machine, wait for one
minute.
