Book exit damper
adjustment lever
Depending on the types of a booklet, when
impact absorption at the book exit damper
is low, the booklets may not align.
Adjust the book exit damper adjustment
lever according to the weight (thickness) of
the booklet.
Base position: 0
"4" has the highest absorption. Move the
lever toward "0" when the booklet is light
and toward "4" when it is heavy. When the
booklet thickness is 2 mm (0.08 inch) or
thinner, set it to "1."
