2.1 Troubleshooting
Chapter 2 describes how to determine which Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) in the computer is
causing the computer to malfunction. (The “FRU” means the replaceable unit in the field.)
The FRUs covered are:

4. M.2 SSD
5. Keyboard
6. Touch Pad (Click Pad)
7. Display (LCD, touch panel)
8. Optical Disk Drive: Not used
9. LAN: Not used

14. Memory media (micro SD Card) slot
15. Fingerprint sensor
16. Web camera
17. HDMI port
18. USB Type-C adapter
The Test Program operations are described in Chapter 3. Detailed procedures for replacement
are described in Chapter 4.
