When the carriage is fully retracted back the spring block is captured by the stop plate. This
allows the pusher flag to be clear of the press plate and raised.
There is a small
adjustment screw
located on the
pusher swing arm.
This screw is set
from the factory.
Over time the screw
head and pusher flag
could wear causing
poor reengagement
of the pusher flag
into the carriage.
Adjust screw so
positive so there is
approximant 1mm
of clearance. Make
sure the lock nut is
fully tightened prior
to starting machine.
