dann mit leichten Hin- und Herbewegungen eine feine
Rille entlang der Isthmuslinie.

as small as possible. The use of retrograde instru-
ments requires much less space than when using
conventional les or instruments.
Perform a full retrograde canal preparation
prior to isthmus preparation. Insert the instrument
in one of the two canals where the isthmus begins,
then gently move it along the isthmus to create a
small groove.
