Amalgamfüllungen und
Zementierungen
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Piezon-Instrumenten
werden die Instrumente E, F, G und SP ohne
Irrigation im "Dry Work"-Modus verwendet. Sollte
dieser Modus nicht verfügbar sein, ist die niedrigste
verfügbare Durchussrate zu wählen.
Die Instrumente dürfen nur jeweils über
einen kurzen Zeitraum aktiviert werden, da sich
die Instrumentenspitzen sehr rasch erhitzen. Bei
einer maximalen Verwendungszeit von 10 Minuten
darf die Aktivierungsdauer somit nicht länger als
1 Minute betragen.
Instrument E
Zum Kondensieren von kleinen bis mittleren
Amalgamfüllungen.
Instrument F
Zum Kondensieren von großen Amalgamfüllungen.
Instrument G
Zum Glätten von Amalgam- und Goldhämmer-
füllungen.
Instrument SP
Zum Zementieren von keramischen Inlays, Onlays
und Veneers mit hoch thixotropen, dual härtenden
Kompositzementen.
Die Ultraschallschwingungen des Instruments
übertragen sich über das Inlay oder Onlay auf
das Befestigungskomposit. Dieses hat thixotrope
Eigenschaften. Es wird kurzzeitig verüssigt und
verteilt sich gleichmäßig in der Kavität.
Amalgames et scellements
A la différence des autres instruments Piezon, les
instrument E, F, G et SP doivent être utilisés sans
irrigation en mode "Dry Work". Si ce mode n’est
pas disponible, sélectionner le débit d’irrigation le
plus faible possible.
Ces instruments doivent être activés par
intermittence car leur extrémité s’échauffe très
rapidement. Ainsi l’activation de l’instrument ne doit
pas dépasser 1 minute pour une durée d’utilisation
maximale de 10 minutes.
Instrument E
Instrument pour la condensation d’amalgame dans
les cavités petites à moyennes.
Instrument F
Instrument pour la condensation d’amalgame dans
les cavités plus grandes.
Instrument G
Instrument pour les finitions d’obturations à
l’amalgame et en alliage d’or.
Instrument SP
Instrument utilisé pour le scellement d’inlays,
d’onlays et de facettes à l’aide de composites de
collage hautement thixotropiques à prise duale.
Les vibrations ultrasoniques sont transmises à
travers de l’inlay ou de l’onlay au composite de
collage. Les propriétés thixotropiques et l’effet des
ultrasons liquéent brièvement le composite an
de le répartir uniformément.
Amalgams and cementation
Unlike other Piezon instruments, the E, F, G and SP
instruments must be used with no irrigation in "Dry
Work" mode. If this mode is not available, select
the lowest available irrigation ow rate.
These instruments must be activated inter-
mittently because their tip heats up very rapidly.
Thus the activation of the instrument must not
exceed 1 minute for a maximum use time of 10
minutes.
Instrument E
Instrument for amalgam condensation in small to
medium cavities.
Instrument F
Instrument for amalgam condensation in bigger
cavities.
Instrument G
Instrument for smoothing amalgam and gold alloy
llings.
Instrument SP
Instrument used for the cementation of ceramic
inlays, onlays and veneers with highly thixotropic
dual-curing composite cements.
The ultrasound oscillations are transmitted through
the inlay or onlay to the composite cement. The
thixotropic properties and the ultrasound effect
liquefy the cement for a short time to spread it
evenly.
