Possible points where a leak might be present:
• Furnace seals
• Acid filter seal at the glass
• Condensate drain
• Water block filter
3 Press the [->] key.
The carrier gas valve is opened and
pressure is applied to the gas circuit.
The carrier gas valve is closed
automatically:
• If the pressure has exceeded 100 mbar
or
• Once 7 seconds have elapsed.
4 The pressure loss rate is displayed
(mbar/min) after 30 s.
The pressure loss must be < 3 mbar/min.
Values are typically between -0.5 and
-2.0 mbar/min.
If the loss in pressure is > 3 mbar/min,
divide the gas circuit into smaller
sections. Repeat the process until you
have found the leak (bridge the furnace
with a hose etc.).
Press the [E] key.
5 1. Remove the plug from the gas outlet
(left-hand side panel).
2. Switch on the membrane
compressor.
3. Press the [E] key.
Operation starts.
