Note!
The accuracy of the feed rate of pump P2 affects the measurement result. For this reason, the
following service menus are started in the order indicated once the pump hose has been replaced:
1. "Adjust pump 2"
2. "Empty volume dosing"
Please also note that the hoses are subject to deterioration in the first hours of operation. For this
reason, repeat these two maintenance tasks after 24 hours.
7.7.3 Replacing the hose on pump P3
This section describes how the hose of pump P3 is replaced.

Danger of crushing! Never reach into the pump head while the pump is in operation!

Caution!
No medium containing TOC should enter the acid feeder!
You require the following parts:
• Acid-resistant protective gloves, protective goggles and protective clothing
• 10 ml graduated cylinder
• 2.5 mm Allen key
• Dosing nozzle (injector)
• Paper to absorb liquids
• Collecting vessel with volume of approx. 150 ml (5 fl.oz) to collect liquid
• Silicone grease
