4 1. Release the hose on the outlet of the
heated salt trap.
2. Raise the salt trap (item 2) slightly.
3. Fold back the retaining bracket (item
1).
4. Remove the salt trap (item 2) from
below.
5. Remove the insulation.
6. Loosen the two screws (item 3) and
remove the top part of the filter
housing (item 4).
7. Clean the inside of filter cartridge
(item 5) and the filter housing with
deionized water.
8. Clean the O-ring (item 6) and fit it
back into the groove.
9. Screw the filter housing together and
insert it into the insulation.
10. Press the [E] key.
5 Carry out the following tasks quickly to
ensure the furnace does not cool down
too much:
1. Fit the salt trap on the glass nozzle of
the furnace.
2. Make sure that the seal seals the glass
nozzle with a slight suction effect.
You can adjust the seal with the
clamp screw. The seal should not be
too tight however.
3. Push the salt trap under the furnace.
4. Fold down the retaining bar and rest
the salt trap on the bar.
5. Reestablish the electrical connection.
6. Press the [E] key.
6 The furnace is reheated and the
temperature displayed.
1. Connect the hose to the outlet of the
salt trap.
2. Swivel the furnace back and ensure
that the hose passes comfortably
through the rear panel and is not
buckled.
3. Lock the furnace.
4. Reestablish the hose connection at
the dosing head.
5. Press the [E] key.
