"Enter" key
The "Enter key" has the following functions:
• You launch a menu item.
• You start a program item.
• You always confirm an entry with the "Enter key".
• When performing maintenance and service tasks, you confirm each step
with the "Enter key" on completion of the step.
"?" key
A short help text on the program item appears when you press the "? key".
Press the "? key" a second time to exit the help text.
"7" key
On devices with two measurement parameters, you can use the "7" key to
toggle between the values displayed on the screen for the two measurement
parameters.
"." key (period key)
Use the period key to display the current operating status of the measuring
device. The data displayed include the following:
•Temperature
•pH value
• Pressure in gas circuit
• Measuring signals (CO
2
concentration determined from the measuring
cycle to calculate the TOC value).
"CLR" key
You can display the following information on the screen with the "CLR key":
• Device type
• Software program version
• Device options
You must perform a "CLR start" to complete the software update after
replacing the EPROM (the parameter sets remain).
To do so, proceed as follows:
Press and hold down the "CLR key", switch on the main switch and keep the
"CLR key" pressed for a further 5 s at least.
