Alarm Description
POWER FAILURE Power supply failure
POWER ON Power is reestablished
ALARM T<Tmin Furnace temperature drops below 85 % of the set value
Operation stops.
System starts as soon as 90 % of the set value is reached.
ALARM T<Tset Furnace temperature drops below 30 % of the set value
ALARM T>Tset Furnace temperature exceeds the set value by more than 70 °C
The furnace and supply of oxygen are switched off.
The analyzer must be started manually.
ACID FAILURE Acid failure
OXYGEN FAILURE Oxygen failure
The supply pressure has dropped below 1.5 bar.

MALFUNCTION PELTIER Peltier cooler malfunction
Operation stops. The analyzer restarts automatically once the error status is

OUT OF RANGE The value is outside the measuring range

minutes or the measuring device has been measuring 0 mg/l for over an
hour.
MALFUNCTION IR IR detector is defective

LEAKAGE Leak in the system
The analyzer must be started manually.

An error number is assigned to the error.
