-B : Mount the pulley and brake hub to the
Joint #3 motor.
a: M5×8 set screw
b: M5×8 set screw+M5 bushing
c: M3×4 set screw
d: M3×4 set screw+M3 bushing
Tightening torque:
M3 set screw: 0.9 ± 0.1 N·m
M5 set screw: 4 ± 0.2 N·m

Secure the pulley and the motor plate
so that the clearance will be 0.5mm.
Be sure to make the clearance (0.5mm)
between the motor plate and the pulley
with mounting the motor plate.

Mount the brake hub until it hits the pulley, and secure it at the position where it contacts the
end face of the pulley.
Tighten one of the set screws on the flat face of the motor shaft until the screw just touches
the surface.
Insert a bushing into the other set screw hole to prevent damage to the motor shaft. Then,
tighten both set screws.

-B : Mount the Joint #3 motor to the motor
plate.

Fit the brake disk to the hub.

When mounting the motor plate, be
careful of
the positions of the motor plate and the motor.
Check the direction according to the positional relationship of the motor connector and the
posts.

