Installation
For tightening hexagon socket head cap bolts, refer to “2.4 Tightening Hexagon Socket
Head Cap Bolts”.

-B only:
Mount the Joint #3 motor to the motor plate.

2- collar ø7× thickness 4
Tightening torque: 4 ± 0.2 N·m
When mounting the motor plate, be
careful of
the positions of the motor plate and the motor.

-B : Mount the pulley and brake hub to the

a: M5×8 set screw
b: M5×8 set screw+M5 bushing
c: M3×3 set screw
d: M3×3 set screw+M3 bushing
e: washer
(external diameter: ø14, internal
diameter: ø8, thickness: 0.5)
Tightening torque:
M3 set screw: 0.9 ± 0.1 N·m
M5 set screw: 4 ± 0.2 N·m
There is a washer (thickness: 0.5mm)
between the pulley and the brake hub.

that the clearance will be 0.5mm.
