Remove the connector of AMP
board.
A: Power cable connector
B: Signal cable connector

Remove the AMP board.

Radiation sheet is attached on the back side of the
AMP board. Be careful not to lose or break it.

T6-B: Disconnect the connector of regenerative
resistor junction cable. Then, remove the
regenerative resistor fixing plate.

Unscrew CPU/DPB board mounting screws.
Hexagon socket head cap button bolt: 5-M3×5
Remove CPU/DPB board from a base.
Radiation sheet is attached on the back of CPU/DPB
board. Be careful not to lose or
break it.
