The connected footswitch is defective. Connect a different footswitch.

Do not loosen the probe from the unit
during activation.
Reconnect the probe.

Critical temperature
reached. Let unit cool
down.
The ambient temperature at which the unit was
stored was too high.
Allow the unit to acclimatize at room
temperature for approx. 3 hours or take
an activation break.
The ambient temperature during operation is too
high.
Operate the unit at a room temperature
of between +15 °C - +40 °C.
There is poor ventilation around the unit housing. Install the unit in such a way that the cir-
culation of air around the housing is not
obstructed. Installation in confined wall
recesses is prohibited.
Unit malfunction If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
You have exceeded the
max. ON time.
In the Service Setup, an ON time limit (max.
freeze interval) is set. You have exceeded the
maximum ON time.
Restart Freeze mode.
If the ON time limit is too short for your
needs, arrange to have the setting
changed.
Probe is not compatible.
Please use another probe.
You have connected a rigid instrument. Only flex-
ible probes are supported.
Connect a flexible probe.
Probe is not ready for oper-
ation. Please use another
probe.
The probe data carrier contains invalid or corrupt
data.
Connect a different probe.
If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
Keyboard error. You pressed a button during the self-test. Do not press any buttons when switching
on the unit.
A button is defective. If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
Input pressure not suffi-
cient. Please check gas
supply.
The gas bottle is almost empty. Connect a new gas bottle.
The bottle valve is not fully open. Open the bottle valve completely.
The gas bottle is too cold. Allow the gas bottle to acclimatize at
room temperature for approx. 8 hours.
