Danger due to improper handling of batteries
The batteries are factory-fitted in the designated sockets in the wheelchair frame. Damaging or
manipulating the batteries can lead to personal injury. Please note the following:
• Only use the batteries provided for the wheelchair.
• Do not use conductive materials to connect the battery terminals.
• Do not expose the batteries to excessive heat or fire.
• Avoid contact with flammable materials.
• Check the batteries for damage before use and do not continue to use them in the event of
damage.
• Do not subject the batteries to mechanical shocks.
To charge the batteries, proceed as follows:
1. Connect the charger to the operating module on the wheelchair or to the battery.
2. Connect the charger to the power supply.
The charger indicator will light up red and the batteries will be charged.
3. Remove the charger as soon as the indicator on the charger lights up green.
The batteries have been fully charged.
CAUTION
Sensitive components
Be careful when connecting the charger. The plug connection con-
sists of sensitive components and can easily be damaged.
