7.4.7. Setting maximum speed
The maximum speed of the wheelchair can be adjusted in 5 levels.

Risk of injury due to inappropriate speed
Excessive speed can lead to collisions and accidents with serious injuries and property damage.
Before adjusting the maximum speed, please observe the following instructions:
• Check the set maximum speed before each journey.
• Adjust the maximum speed to your experience with the equipment.
• Familiarise yourself with the changed driving behaviour of the wheelchair after each adjust-
ment.
• Observe your surroundings to be able to react appropriately and quickly to dangerous situati-
ons. Drive at the lowest speed indoors.
To set the maximum speed, proceed as follows:
1. Press the “+” button once to increase the maximum speed by one level.
There will be a signal tone. An additional LED lights up on the speed display.
2. Press the "-" button to reduce the maximum speed.
There will be a signal tone. On the speed display, one less LED will light up.
