6.5. Charging the batteries
DANGER
Danger due to the use of unsuitable chargers
The supplied charger has been specially developed for this wheelchair. The use of other chargers
may result in injury due to a short circuit and the batteries may be damaged. Please note the
following:
• Only use the supplied ergoflix charger.
• Do not leave the battery and charger unat-
tended
during charging.
• Check the charger
for damage before charging.
• The charger may heat up during
charging. Keep flammable materials away
from the charger.
Charge the battery only in a dry and fireproof
place.

Risk of fire and electric shock!
If you handle the charger improperly or charge the batteries with another charger, there is a risk of
fire or electric shock.
• Do not use batteries that have external damage, there is an increased risk of fire!
