7.7. Error messages
The wheelchair operating module has an integrated fault diagnosis. Possible faults are displayed on
the speed display.
During operation, the following malfunctions may occur:
Display Cause Solution
The electromagnet of a brake
is defective or has been removed.
Contact the dealer.
The drive is not connected to the power
supply or is defective.
Check the connections.
The batteries of the wheelchair are
charged by charging cable.
Wait until the batteries are
fully charged.
The signal transmission between the
operating module and the wheelchair is
disrupted.
Contact the dealer.
The batteries of the wheelchair are
empty.
Charge the batteries
fully.
