Flooring or Hearth
A hearth is not required. If a hearth is installed below the re, it must be at least 100 mm
below the boom of the glass or be composed enrely of non-combusble materials.
B4 Cavity Base
This appliance MUST be fully supported on its base, over the enre area of the underside
of the appliance. The base must also be level and strong enough to support the total
product weight, which is approximately 158 kg.
The replace can be recessed into the ground but must maintain clearances detailed in the diagram (shown
right) for any combusble ooring materials.
B5 Wall Linings
Only aer all applicable secons up to secon F9 on page 49 have been completed is it permissible to
commence with the nal wall linings detailed in secon F9 on page 49.
Wall lining cutout dimensions around the glass must be adhered to.
Please refer to secon F9 on page 49 for wall nishing dimensions surrounding glass.
