An abnormal ame paern will look long and stringy; it may cause soot to build up inside the rebox.
An abnormal ame paern will likely be the result of incorrect sengs (jet size, burner aeraon collar). Check
that these are correct before proceeding. If an abnormal ame paern is sll present, please contact Escea.
It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure a correct ame paern.
F9 Wall Linings
The nal wall lining can only be commenced aer all previous applicable secons have been completed.
The appliance must be installed prior to and behind the nished wall surface. Allow clearance for any
plasterboard, les, or other nishing materials that may be intended for the nished wall surface. Wall nishing
materials must not encroach upon the minimum cavity clearances given in previous secons. The wall board
that lines the outside of the opening can be normal plaster board and does not need to be non-combusble.
The plasterboard is to protrude beyond framework as shown in the following diagram.
