18. Reinstall the burners and the inll by reversing the steps in secon "E4 Removing (and Replacing) the Inll &
Burners" on page 28.
19. Install the fuel bed media as per secon secon "F Finishing the Installaon" on page 35. Finish the conversion by
installing the glass and boom trim brackets.
Note: Aer any conversion AIRFLOW MUST NEVER be coming up the glass from the boom, it must
ALWAYS EXIT FROM the top of the glass. If this is not correct then review the posion of the tabs on the
back of the re at the boom.

Ensure the power to the powerue is o by disconnecng the power to the appliance
inside. If the appliance has been running, allow the powerue to cool before aempng to
service it.

Undo the screws on the outside of the powerue box and separate the two parts, giving
you access to the fan inside.
Removing this plate gives complete access to the fan for servicing or replacement. Check
that all the seals are sll intact. Check that the fan electrical terminals, motor, and impeller
are not corroded. Ensure there are no signs of leakage in or around the terminal.
When reassembling the powerue, line up the round silicon grommets with the outlet
tube of the fan and push the cowl back into place. Ensure all seals are sll in place and
replace all of the screws to hold the cowl in the correct posion.

If the UVP is internally installed remove the unit and replace the complete fan unit.
If the UVP is externally installed the cowl/fan unit is to be completely replaced by
removing it from the liner or ashing.
