3-1-2. Fork Lift and Delivery
Fork lift capacity must be >1 ton (2200 lbs).
a. There must not be any obstacles/barriers along the moving path, speed must be slow, ensure no
unstable or sliding situations.
b. Worker must keep away from the machine at least 2 meters.
c. Operator of fork lift must be qualified with license.
d. Operation as following illustration:
3-1-3. Log Roller and Delivery
a. Diameter of log roller must be > 60mm, at least 4 rollers, width of roller must be 10mm wider than the
machine to avoid falling off; excessive width is for easier handling as well.
b. There must not be any obstacles in the front of moving path. To avoid drawn in or pressed by the
rollers.
c. Ensure the level path of moving and round/straight rollers.
d. Delivery as the following illustration:
