Cooling water or cutting liquid not supplied
Cause
a. Malfunction of cooling water motor
b. Adverse rotation of cooling water motor
c. Failure or bad connections of cables
Trouble shooting
a. Check the normality of cooling water motor, or replace it if necessary,
notice the connection and earth cable
b. Check the correct rotation direction, or exchange either two cables of
motor, as following illustration
c. Check the cables and tightening, notice and anti-dust and anti-damp
devices
Remark
1. Repaired by qualified technician
2. Contact local dealer/producer for parts supply if necessary

Cause
a. Overloading motor
b. Bad connection
c. Damaged motor
Trouble shooting
a. Lower the loading of motor if overloading current
b. Loose or bad connection, notice the anti-damp/anti-dust devices
c. Replace the motor if necessary, notice the correct direction of belt while
dismantling the motor as following illustration:

1. Set current value by qualified technician
2. Repair according to manual instruction
3. Contact local dealer/producer for motor supply if necessary
