9-2-1. Replenishment of Hydraulic Oil
As times pass, hydraulic oil may decrease, in case the oil volume is lower than the mark of low position of
oil, it must be replenished by proper device (funnel) to the mark of high position of oil. After replenishing,
the cover must be put on tightly before any sawing operation. As following drawing:
Procedure of replenishing hydraulic oil:
1. Use an oil container to fill in hydraulic oil (MOBIL DTE Light 32

)
2. Remove the cover and place it on a clean place
3. Place a funnel onto the oil tank
4. Pour in the hydraulic oil into the oil tank carefully
5. Keep pouring until the level reaches the high position of oil
6. Restore the cover tightly to prevent dust or other objects coming into the oil tank
7. Clean up the spilt oil
Replacement of Hydraulic Oil
Due to the dirt and dust resulting from the abrasion of cylinder and piston which may emerge into the hydraulic
oil, and deterioration of oil itself, the oil must be replaced periodically (3 months) to avoid damage to the
machine and parts; specification oil is MOBIL DTE Light 32
