Not start while pressing “START” button
a. Damaged “START” button
b. Damaged fuse on main motor
c. Lack of phase on motor, bad connection on either cable among three
phases
d. Damaged red “STOP” button
e. Malfunction of main motor
f. Overloading or damaged magnetic switch of main motor
a. Check the normality of “START” button, or replace it
b. Use meter to check the normality of fuse, or replace it
c. Check the proper connection of cables of motor, or secure it
d. Use meter to check “STOP” button, or replace it
e. Replace motor if necessary, ensure the proper installation with parallel
degree and adequate tension of belt
f. Replace magnetic switch of motor and check overloading device, refer to
manual instruction
1. Repaired by qualified technician, refer to manual instruction
2. Contact local dealer/producer for supply of parts if necessary
3. Adjust the consistency between overloading device and magnetic switch
