Chapter 5. Operation Instructions
5-1. Switch/Saw Blade/Pressure Selections
1. POWER ON: a. Under normal power supply, the lamp is lighting and machine is at standby.
b. Under non-power supply, the lamp is off, the machine is stopped.
2. POWER ON/OFF: a. This switch is used to control the power supply.
b. Turn on to supply power.
c. Turn off to break power.
3. START: a. Press this button to turn on the main motor (Saw frame is activated).
b. This button can be pressed only after all safety processes are completed.
4. STOP/UP: STOP : a. To press this button to stop the main motor (stop the sawing action).
b . Pressing “STOP” button of KP-200 will stop the lift the saw frame (inching lift)
5. TIMER: a. Timer is designed to control the lifting height of saw bar after sawing, scale: second.
b. The timer scale is from 0 second to 10 seconds, proper setting of second depending on
the height of sawed object can enhance the efficiency without wasting time on idle
running.
c. Under normal operation of timer, PW lamp on top left corner will be lighting.
d. After completion of sawing, UP lamp on top left corner will be lighting while saw frame
lifting, once the determined height is achieved, it will be off.
6. SAFETY SWITCH: OFF: a. The switch is for safety, which control the all power supply. When being
“OFF”, the power is turned off, so the electric box can be opened.
b. Only by trained worker and after reading manual carefully, the electric box
can be opened.
