9-4. Maintenance of Adjusting Screw of Saw Blade Tension
Tension adjustment of saw blade will affect the sawing precision, please maintain the parts according to
following steps:
a. Place the saw frame in proper height (as waist high)
b. Use #21 wrench to release adjusting nut○

(counter clockwise), to the extent of no tension
c. Use #13 and #14 wrenches to release ○

and separate the saw blade○

and the adjusting screw of

d. Take out○

and place them in clear place
e. Use clean cloth to clean up dust and iron dirt in○

, and apply new MOBILITH AW3 oil in○

too much to avoid wastage

g. Tighten them in the order of○

(#21) to tighten clockwise, and rotate to 1.5 to 2 circles to reach proper tension according

i. Tension must be released after job, to avoid fatigue tension
