5-5. Installation of Saw Blade
The installation of saw blade will concern the machine precision, the operator’s safety and the life of
machine. The operator has to study and follow the following indication in order to use this machine
efficiently, safely. The saw blade needs to be replaced under following conditions:
a. saw blade worn badly
b. to use for different materials
c. for different size of objects (thicker or thinner, bigger or smaller diameter), need to change the finer
or coarser teeth of blade
d. saw blade broken
5-5-1. To Replace Blade as Following Steps
a. ensure to turn off the power, show the machine with a warning sign for repairing.
b. use a 21mm open wrench or box wrench to release the ○

saw blade tension adjusting nut
counter-clockwise.
c. use 13mm open wrench or box wrench to release no. ○

nut, take out ○

saw blade fasten
screw and ○

washer, then take the saw blade down
d. when taking down the blade, pay attention the hand safety, not to get hurt.
5-5-2. Please Set the Blade as Following Steps
a. to choose the suitable blade, then put the ○

washer and saw blade into ○

saw blade fasten screw,
then fix with saw blade fixed block and saw blade tension adjustable sliding block.(attention : ensure
the saw blade teeth direction being same as the indication on saw frame)
b. to screw ○

nut into fasten screw, then use 2 pieces of 13mm wrenches to screw the saw blade
tightly
c. use a 21mm open wrench to screw it tightly clockwise (about 1&1/2 to 2 circles), tension is about
2000 kg/cm
2
d. saw blade fixed sliding block need to be lubricated every 2 months
