4.14.5 Value Editing
The Temperature value can be edited using 'Digit' and 'Direct' edit facilities as described
in Section 3.
4.14.5 1 Span of Temperature Adjustment
As can be seen from the representation of the screen in sub-section 4.14.2, the Output
temperature can be expressed in degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit, or Kelvins. The
span of output temperature simulation is given in the table below for all three units:
4.14.6 Crossing Thresholds
4.14.6.1 Temperature Resolution
As the temperature value exists in only one resolution:
5 significant digits with 1 decimal place;
there are no resolution thresholds to cross.
4.14.6.2 Hardware Configurations
As the DC Voltage simulation of the thermocouple is served by only one hardware
configuration, there are no hardware configuration thresholds to cross.
