Battery-related error code
In cold weather, only insert the battery
shortly before beginning riding.
Description Corrective action
Permanent error
● The battery has a permanent error.
It must be replaced. Take the electric bicycle
to your dealer. In this state, the battery is
classified as having an unknown fault and
must not be transported in a vehicle or by
post. Ideally, you should contact your
specialist retailer.
Charging error
●
The battery has been overcharged and
there may be a problem with the charger.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Current error

●
There might be a fault in the motor or the
charger, or the battery might be drained.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Temperature error
●
The battery temperature is outside the
permitted range.
If the blinking continues after the system
has not been used for a while, replacement
is necessary. Take the electric bicycle to
your dealer. In this state, the battery is
classified as having an unknown fault and
must not be transported in a vehicle or by
post. Ideally, you should contact your
specialist retailer.
Authentication error
● An authentication error may have occurred
Check the terminals for dirt. If blinking
continues after removing dirt from
the terminals and leaving the battery
for a while, take the electric bicycle
to your dealer.

(sequential lights), with 1 LED not lighting up.
