Set a Remote Access Code
Set a Remote Access Code to access and control your Fuji Xerox machine even when you are away from it.
Before you can use the remote access and retrieval features, you must set up your own code. The factory
default code is the inactive code (---*).
1. Press [Settings] > [All Settings] > [Fax] > [Remote Access].
2. Enter a three-digit code using the numbers [0] to [9], [*] or [#] using the LCD (the preset '*' cannot be
changed), and then press [OK].
• DO NOT use the same code used for your Remote Activation Code (*51) (*91 for New Zealand) or
Remote Deactivation Code (#51) (#91 for New Zealand).
• To make your code inactive, press and hold to restore the inactive setting (---*), and then press
[OK].
