Status indicator panel
The status indicator panel is a small LCD panel on which various symbols appear. These symbols
provide information about the status of the power supply, the drives, and the keyboard functions.
There is also a power-on indicator (LED, light-emitting diode). It is positioned so that it can be seen
even when the notebook is closed.

1 – Power-on indicator (LED)
The indicator lights up: The notebook is switched on.
The indicator flashes: Notebook is in energy-saving mode
The indicator is dark: The notebook is switched off.

Power-on indicator
● The indicator lights up: The notebook is switched on.
● The indicator flashes red (1 second on/ 1 second off). Notebook is in energy-saving
mode
● The indicator goes out: The notebook is switched off.
Power indicator
The mains adapter is supplying power to the notebook.

Battery charging indicator (battery 1 or battery 2)
● The indicator lights up: The battery is charging.
